AutoCAD LT 2008 won't run

Please help.  I have the 2008 version of AutoCAD LT, which has worked perfectly until yesterday.  Now when I try and run the program, nothing.  The computer thinks for a few seconds, and then, nothing.  I have tried calling Autodesk, who no longer will provide service for this product, and read through the forums.  On others advice, I have uninstalled and tried re-installing, and, still, nothing happens.

Any help would be very much appreciated, as I have tons of work to get done, and no program to do it on.

Restart Windows yet?

Windows Restore, what does it note as changing on your PC since yesterday? use that feature to go back.

OR, did you suddenly turn on DEP in WinXP?

Thank you!!!!!  It was the DEP, I made an exception for ACAD LT, and it is up and running.

I have the same problem, but on VISTA. What is DEP?
