AutoCad LT 2008: Transferring drawing with xref files

Need help on the below:

Got a drawing file with xref files overlayed. If I transfer the drawing with its associated xref files in a CD, the xref files are being detached from the drawing. How do I fix this problem.

Any help will be appreciated.

ETRANSMIT command.

you need to put all files in ONE folder, this way AutoCAD will automatically find any XREF Files.

as Dean has suggested you can use e transmit to do this, but make sure you select the option to put all files in a SINGLE folder if you want to gaurantee that the recipient of the data will see everything when they open the main files
