AutoCAD LT 2008 OLE insert problem

AutoCAD LT 2008 unable to insert PDF files. This function worked for about 2 years after software purchase.

Wrong PDF format perhaps?
Do you get an error message?
Are all your layers thawed and turned on?
Did you zoom out or pan around to look for them?

Thanks, .Pdf insertion now works. Needs minor adjustment. After insertion of a pdf file in paper space, the inserted image becomes unstable when the dwg is zoomed in or out. it is like you always zoom in or out inside a viewport Even if inserted in model space, the same thing happens.
