Autocad LT 2008: Buzzy background in printing using HP Design Jet 750C

Got a drawing with background (room and equipment names/labels) that are attached using xrefs. The problem is when I plot it, I can't read the room names/labels that are attached on my drawing. I sent the drawing to one of my colleague to have it printed and print out looks great. Is there a setting I need to change on the software and/or plotter? If yes, how it is done.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Thank you.

Assuming you two are plotting to the same plotter, have you compared all of the plot parameters on both of your machines?

Sorry, I have not mentioned that it's a different plotter.
