Autocad LT '07 stops working

When I click on the Autocad LT '07 icon to launch, a Windows (Vista Home Premium) error message comes up, "Autocad LT application has stopped working..." and I have to "CLOSE PROGRAM".

There is a Vista patch for 2007, try it. You may have to reinstall 2007 as
well.

Hi Dean, can you help.  I have had LT 07 installed for three years now with no problem on Vista home Premium.  I simplly installed it using compatablity XP mode.  Just a day ago starting LT - it seemed to get caught up in a loop - tring to load a templete drawing ??  The previous session a couple days prior was no problem as usual.  After 3-4 min I killed the task in Windows task Mng.  Tried it again - same problem!  Figured I would reboot the PC.  After that attempting to start LT I simply get the "AutoCAd LT has stopped working" error.  I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it twice - once adding SP2.  Any ideas please.

Cheers,

Vic

It may or may not help, but try the Autodesk recommended uninstall and reinstall procedures:
