AutoCAD 2013 LT printing to KIP6000

I am running AutoCAD 2013 LT on Windows 7 64 bit. I am plotting to a Kip Starprint 6000 large format plotter. I have up to date windows drivers for the plotter and SP 2 for AutoCAD 2013 LT. When I plot direct to the plotter I have no issue. When I create a plt file a bunch of random lines show up crossing the page. Can anyone recommend a fix for this?
