One of our guys is using ACAD LT 2012. If he opens a DWG file from a Sharepoint site, makes some changes to the drawing and then SAVES the file, his changes are NOT saved and there is no indication that they were not saved. Needless to say this is critical. Has anyone else seen this or does anyone have any ideas how to diagnose this?
Only happens in Sharepoint. Autocad 2010 did not exhibit this behavior. Needless to say, this came as quite a shock to the guy that did several hours work and lost it all.
We are using Autocad 2012 and are having similar issues. We arent using sharepoint but have a homemade file share program. We are finding that files are being saved back at random intervals (Saturday at 3am!) and we have lost quite a bit of work.
Any help out there?
We are experiencing the same issue however with AutoCAD 2010 on SP 2010. The modified dwg will save to a temp folder and not the sp location. Did you ever find a resolution?
Thanks!
