Autocad 2011 64 bit installation file

Hello,

I recently upgraded to a 64 bit computer. I am trying to find the 64 bit installation file for 2011 LT. I have the 32 bit version from my old computer, but it won't install. I already used the online license tool, so I have my serial num and product key.

I've searched, but have no luck. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Justin

Autodesk Media Request:
http://autodeskdocandmedia.com/

Though I am a little surprised that the DVD you have does not have a 64 bit install on it.

(Assuming from your message you have the DVD)

No I do not have any DVD. I purchased 2009 LT through the Autocad website, and then upgraded last year to 2011. I only recieved a link to download the file. I should have downloaded the 64 bit version just in case, but didn't think of it at the time.

Thanks for your help, I will try the link.

Justin

It seems like Autodesk should help me, but they directed me to the forims.  I am trying to install the trial version ofAutocad LT 2012 on a 64 bit machine running Windows 7.  I tried multiple times to install but I get an error message at the end: "Some installation files are corrupt.  Please download a fresh copy retry the installation"  "CRC failed  on x64\acadlt\Program Files\Root\Locked\acadlt.exe Unexpected end of archive."  Can you help me?

If you have already tried an install and are still receiving errors then follow this advice for a clean install:

Remove Autodesk Products:

Thanks for your reply but there is nothing to uninstall.  I looked at the first few pages on the installation forum and could not find any relevant postings there.  I hard booted the machine before attempting again and downloaded a fresh copy of the installation file as indicated by the error message.

To be sure: You looked into the Registry and did not find any Aurodesk Registry fragments from the failed installation attempt?

A Search of the Installation Forum yielded quite a few results.

Now, where's my horse?
