AutoCAD 2010LT crashing due to adlmint_libFNP.dll
According to the failure code, it has the wrong symbols?
This copy of AutoCAD was working until a recent reboot, after which it stopped working.
We have performed the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Applied AutoCAD 2010LT service pack 2
2. Installed hotfix .dll files
3. Rolled back all recent Windows updates 1 by 1 (including I.E. all the way back to I.E. 8), and rebooted to test after each 1.
4. Re-installed and tested Memory (the error AutoCAD is generating is a memory reference error)
5. Removed/re-installed all versions of C++ and .Net
6. Re-installed DirectX
7. Completely removed all Autodesk software, deleted all registry keys referencing Autodesk/ AutoCAD, deleted all remaining folders/files related to Autodesk/AutoCAD, rebooted, and re-installed AutoCAD 2010LT from the disk, updated to SP2, and re-tested.
8. Re-installed MFR Video drivers and re-booted before re-testing.
9. Renamed adlmint_libFNP.dll to adlmint_libFNP.dll.old and re-booted before re-testing.
10. Tried launching in compatibility mode.
System info /variables:
Windows 7 Professional x64bit (fully updated)
Lenovo T420 laptop with Intel Core I5 processor and Intel Integrated graphics HD3000 chipset
4gb ram + 500gb drive with 400+gb free space
AutoCAD 2010LT x64bit, installed from CD
*No additional programs running, but Office 2013 is installed.
*Also note: Internet Explorer has been rolled back all the way to I.E. 8 during troubleshooting.
Is there a known fix for this, or a troubleshooting step that I'm missing???
Kind regards,
-JohnC
