Are Architectual Desktop 2007 files compatible with AutoCad LT 2010?

I need to open, edit and create 2D plant layouts.  The existing DWG files were created using Architectual Desktop 2007 and FactoryCAD.  Will I have problems using this file with AutoCAD LT 2010?  Do I need any enablers or add ons to properly access these DWG files?

 

Any comments would be appreciated.
