arc aligned text not visable in autoCAD LT

We have a block for our PE stamps with arc aligned text in it.

It was created in AutoCAD 10 and saved as a release 2004 drawing. Our engineers use AutoCAD LT to view drawings and do some design.

One engineers workstation with AutoCAD LT 2009 can view the block fine and see all the text.

On another engineers workstation with AutoCAD LT 2010 the arc aligned text is not shown.

Is there some setting that needs to change to view the arc aligned text?

It is not a missing font problem and both versions are up to date with patches.

Are you sure about LT2009? LT is not able to see any custom Express Tools object unless Express Tools are installed, which you cannot do in LT, 2009 or 2010.

Double-check the blocks too, perhaps not every one of them is an inteact arc-align Express Tool object.

Also ensure all PROXYSHOW and PROXYGRAPHICS settings match across all your AutoCAD/LT seats.
