Annotation Tool Palette

My question has to do with the Annotation Tool Palette out-of-the-box. For a given scale, the Callout bubble circle and text is a different size from the Section callout. Why? See attached image.

Within the Palette you are able to assign a Scale to a Block when right clicking. Are these two both at a Scale of 1?

BTW - These are of different size here too and the Scale is 1 for each. It may be an AIA standard. One of the architects in the Forum will need to answer that.

OOTB blocks are 'samples', says so way at the top of the palette too as well as the folder they are in and what the installation calls them: they are not perfect. Sad but it's been a reality for a very long time.

Nothing stopping you from owning them though: fix and place them to your own palettes. BEDIT command.
