I seem to have a  (new?)  icon that I don't recognize.  Two overlapping squares apparently whenever I hover over an intersection and I have never seen this before.

Is it part of Quick Properties? I have QPMODE set to 0 (zero) and do not use running OSNAP generally.

Checked HELP file and no joy there but then I am not sure what I am looking for. 

Any help here? Enable/Disable? Variable setting somewhere?

SelectionCycling, you turned it on: icon on the bottom of your LT screen looks like your description, except the top square is green, bottom is white and a cursor + sign next to them.
