ACAD LT lines not visible

Just downloaded Autocad LT and started to draw.  My lines are not visible in modelspace or in the layout, unless I roll over or select them.  Only the endpoints are visible.  I changed the color to be sure that the lines are not black or white like the backgrounds.  I confirmed that the transparency is zero.

When I open drawings that I created in Autocad in Autocad LT, all the lines dissapear.  How do I change this?

thank you

WIndows version? LT 2015, right?
Have you tried turning off LINESMOOTHING variable?
It may help if you change LT's hardware acceleration settings too.

If none of the above help, please post the DWG file and let's all have a look at your file in question.
