Hi,
I keep getting a Sync Error message, constantly flashing away in the top corner of the screen. I'm online with no connectivity issues. This has basically ended up with all my custom workspaces dis appearing which I can set up again but I just want get this error message sorted.
Much Thanks,
Adam

Adam,
There is a page regarding these errors I would like you to have a look at:
If those fixes do not eliminate the issue, please upload a screenshot or short video showing the flashing error message.
You might have a corrupt Windows user profile. Try creating, then logging into a new Windows user profile to see if that helps.

Also, if neither of the previous fixes help, you might want to try resetting AutoCAD to defaults to see if that restores functionality. Remember to save any customizations you have prior to resetting.
I have the same problem and it hasn't gone away.
When I go to the 'How to fix Autodesk sync errors and how to update your clients' page and click on ' Autodesk Sync hotfix' - that page no longer exists.
My apologies, they must have changed the link.
Here is the correct page, confirmed and visually verified:
Sent the link to a co-worker and it works for him too.
Here is the bare link, try pasting it into the browser, and maybe try a different browser if it doesn't work there:
The link you give takes me to the "How to fix..." page - what fails is the 'Autodesk Sync hotfix' link on that page that points to "http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=19683742&linkID=9240618"
Although this particular fix is for AutoCAD 2013.
What AutoCAD version and OS are you experiencing this error on?
