3D Dynamic View_LT 2013

I've recently upgraded to Autocad LT 2013 from Autocad LT 2000. In LT 2000 I was able to use the 3D Dynamic View command to rotate the view of objects I had created. Has this command been removed in LT 2013, or has it been replaced with something else?

No: DVIEW is no longer available in LT.
