3 items as one tool, not as a block

I am very new to Autocad LT 2015. I need some help I have a drawing that I have to put HUNDREDS of locations on.  I am using an ellipse, mtxt, and hatch.  I would like to set it up similar to using the tool palette for blocks.  I know I can block those three but then I would have to explode them to edit the mtxt.

Without knowing exactly what your needs are, I would suggest 2 possibilities, a block using an attribute that shows the text and is easy to change the values.

Or group the 3 items together.

There is no such thing as a "tool": a block with an attribute would be the simple approach; park it (and variations of it) on a toolpalette then drag and drop all you want all day long.

Upgrade that to creating a dynamic block with many parameters if you need more flexibility, and give you that "tool" like feel. If you're insterested in this, start HELP in AutoCAD and in the search box type:
Quick Start to Creating Dynamic Blocks
