Hello

Welcome to the Autodesk/AutoCAD Forums !

Just an idea : have you tried to install the SP/Update 3  for ACAD LT 2009 ?

Hello

I suppose that the Windows Automatic Update has installed something incompatible with ACAD LT 2009 !?

or an other software ??

Can you restore your Win XP Pro to a date before 08-22-2014 ?

Unplug your phone and any other external device from your computer and see if that helps.

You'll have to contact autodesk would be my guess. I had that issue before and they were very helpful. There is also a licensing and installation forum here that might be helpful.

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted 🙂
