2008LT Vista Lines disappear

I am using VIsta Business and AutoCad2008LT. Some of the lines on my drawing disappear (in model/paper space) with no reason. But it seems fine when i open the same drawing in Windows XP. It does not happen all the time, but when it happens it is very inconvenient.

Any clues why this happen?

Update video card drivers, and/or turn off hardware acceleration in your
video card driver in Windows Vista perhaps.
