LT09 and 2k files

Hey
Got huge problem with opening ver 2k dwg's on LT 2009, many files require repairing before i can open em. Repair displays this error on 75% on objects inside those "damaged" drawings :
"AcDbSortentsTable(4F1B) Error for Entry (43B9) eInvalidInput was Removed."
Also it could be the very same thing LT09 has some problems with readin xref from network disc [2005 opens those file without any problem].
If u have any suggestion plz share ;]

Turn Off RECOVERYMODE if you are confident there is nothing wrong with those
files.

2009 is better than 2005 at detecting errors and fixing them.
