Failed to create CommCntrClientSink object

When opening a drawing lately, we get a message. When we click OK to get into the drawing we can't use the double-click or Properties features anymore without getting a Fatal Error message and a shut-down. Any idea why this is now happening?

You turned on commcntr (sattelite disk icon at bottom-right corner of
LT screen), or recently decided to turn off live internet access to
your computers/servers perhaps?

We had some work done on our system last week.

How do I determine if the live internet access was turned off or how do I turn off the commcntr icon?

It might be simpler to turn commcntr off: right-click over
the Satellite Dish-looking icon at the lower right corner of
the LT program screen and explore.

Hmmm. I tried that but nothing happens when I right click over the icon.

Have you tried a repair-reinstall of LT yet? SHould fix any missing
DLL files that might cause this.
