What does the info in an STP file mean?

What does all the information mean in an STP file? For example if I have: L40,simplex,1.0,1,0,_n,_n,_n

I know the L40 is what the Text Style name will be in land, Simplex is what font style to use, 1.0 is the height, 1 is text width, 0 is Oblique Angle, but what are the n's for?

And how do I determine the height? I am wanting to set one text style for paperspace text that will not change if I change my drawing setup scale, I can't seem to find out how.

Thanks

Check out the STYLE command. The n's are for NO, e.g., backwards, upside
down, angle.
