Viewports

Hello,
i am having a problem with my viewports. I am working in model space in one of my viewports because the main model tab has way too many lines and entities in it. when i go to zoom in and out, sometimes all the work in that viewport disappears. I have to exit the command i am in, which is annoying cause i have to regen the viewport, then zoom back out, select the objects i need, and then zoom back in. This takes almost a minute to do and it is wasting my time and making me mad. Does anyone have any clue what is going wrong here, or if there is a setting somewhere.
Thanks

Have you tried using an xclip in the model space tab?

I can't imagine how you're keeping everything "copasetic" with that
arrangement.

Maybe we can now understand your predicament.

I'm thinking the dwg size must be elevated, or else you have a small "scope"
that would keep the size down in the "manageable" regions.

Doesn't your firm use XREFs for any of their Projects, or is it just this
one case?

It is just this one case, we use xrefs and images and blocks in almost every other drawing. Haha, this one tends to be different. It is getting changed so many times and there are really no x-refs or whatnot to insert. All of the information needed for this job is totally new.
