Two Displays

This is probably a dumb question. When using two displays, I like to put my toolbars on the left screen along with any excel or other program open, and my drawing on the right side. However, every morning when I crank it up, the toolbars are all on the right side again and I have to burn a minute or two to rearrange them on the left.
How can I reclaim this wasted morning minute. Actually, I am perturbed by not being able to control it.

Your monitor to the left must be monitor #1 (Primary). If you have it the
other way around this puts the left hand screen into negative screen
coordinates and Autocad doesn't recognize negative screen coordinates
