Runtime Error

I installed HotFix 1 for LandDesktop 2005 and it is not working properly. When I close out of Land Enabled AutoCAD, I get an error message that it was shut down improperly and a runtime error occurred. I restored the original AcMapDisplayManagement.arx and ade.arx files and everything is working properly again, except, obviously the hot fix is not installed.

Here is what the error message says:
