This is a major bug in the 2006 version, IMO. I've had numerous
customers with this same problem - land.cui just disappears for some
reason. You can either a) reload the land.cui (if you can find one) or
b) start the secondary installer (for instructions on that, let me know)
or c) totally reinstall....

Direct from Autodesk support:
The user wants to allow the secondary installer to re-run by deleting

Then setting up the user with Local Admin privileges temporarily (for
the duration of the users first run of the application).
Remember to disable or stop any background applications especially
Then re-launch from the Windows Desktop Icon. This will trigger the
secondary installer and rebuild the users Windows Profile and registry
entries for the product.
