Try changing the resolution of the pdf or use another pdf creator (cute pdf
has been used by folks here) or plot a dwf.

"Some" things are easier than others to recall - especially if you
personally have them. 😉

Acroplot is not free, but very fast and produces small files. I use it all
the time and love it.

Don, have you upgraded to 2006 yet? What is the "Nvidia Stripe?"

I just asked and was told a couple of weeks until I my 2K6 privileges
return.

Dynamic Blocks make that CUI process extremely worthwhile.

The 5-6 months I had with 2K6 did not prove to be an issue - in my opinion.

I will inquire about that "Stripe" to the folks at XI and get back to you -
shortly I hope.

I assume there is more to it than I got at first glance, but it looks like
it is a RAID setup wizard with more than normal flexibility.

As for 2006, I really like the workspaces, even if it takes CUI to get it.
I have not ventured much into dynamic blocks. My one trip that I tried to
use them in 3D... well, it did not work. 😞 Maybe in 2008 as I have
already found that 2007 still won't do what I want.

I priced out a machine on XI last night. It was about $4k more than my
budget without monitors, but WOW! What a machine! For now I am saving my
pennies so that as the prices fall I should have more and maybe we can meet
half way.

Write me at my off-NG address if you want to discuss what you were
attempting with 3D.

I've already got some olde Catch Basins and Curb Inlets that are left-over
2Ki derivatives that have 3D built into them. They have "bottoms" at the
minus 1 elevation, and so can accommodate a Z setting rather easily.

They are attached if you wish to try them out as DynBlocks, or if you just
wish to "play". 😉
