LineType Scale

I have a map With a veiwport scale to 1"=100', i can't get the proper scale for dashed lines or center lines on xref's right to scale with the drawing, im wondering if there is a command to auto scale so that when im in papespace is auto scales 1"=100'. do i have to set the global scale facter to something. i tried setting it to 100, but the linetype isn't the correct scale, but if i change the linetype property on the line to .01 i see dashes, but i need it to remain 1 so that the scale is proper. any help please?
If you need certain screen shots let me know. Thank you

A good rule of thumb:

Always leave the linetype scale for individual lines at 1.0 unless
circumstances require otherwise (i.e. working with a mixture of ISO/Imperial
linetypes) and global LTSCALE=1.

In your case, reset all lines to 1 and try setting LTSCALE=1 & PSLTSCALE=1.

Your linetypes will not display in model space this way, but will show
properly in PS.

And, depending on the version, every time you reload the drawing, or
edits drawing setup, it will change the global ltscale back to the
drawing scale you have set.
