lddt / map OD Query

I have one drawing with points in it that have OD Data to them. I would like to query that information into another drawing as an attributed block using the title and data as tag and attribute.
I can use map to bring this information in as text, can it be done as an attributed block?

It may help us rsmit if you might be able to define OD Data.

I'm fairly sure you're not referring to this;

Forgive me I am not a map user or should I say I use it very little.
I’ll try to explain the best I can
An AutoCAD point (not an aecc point) has OD (object Data) attached to it.
If selected the Autocad point, within the “Properties” work window, pain, workspace or palette whatever it is called. On the “Design” tab there is an area called OD:Data1_CO. this consist of 17 lines, titles are: old sheet number (oldsht), new sheet number (newsht), old block number (oldbk), new block number (newblk)….catch on? Data would of course be the information.
How this information is attached, I have no clue, like I said I am a very light user.
But I need to get this information to an attributed block.

Thanks for the dwg file rsmit.

Now that I've been able to add one more Point near the one you were pointing
to, please select it for yourself and access it's Properties for yourself.

You will see that there is no Data such as was artificially attached (I
assume) to the Point you were indicating.

So that leads me to surmise that there is a 3rd-party involved with these
Points. From which you can "likely" - maybe for additional fees (we hope
NOT) - get the information you're desiring.
