LDD3 won't install in VIsta error code 3105

I just upgraded my computer from XP and while trying to install LDD3 i get an error message "error writing to the acamap.sys file" and when I click on advanced it says error code 3105. The problem is I also have the survey plugin abd autocad will give the projects drop down to switch between menu palettes. Anyone with help on this please!!!!!

Here is what you HAVE to do.

Turn off UAC

Create a folder in the root of your C:\ drive,
 I use C:\Programs

Install LDD to C:\Programs\Land Desktop

This method will also work for many older apps that
are not VISTA compatible.

I've been using LDD 3 this way since Vista's
release with no problems.
