One way:
Terrain --> 3DPolylines --> Create by slope - Start at the centerline of one
end of the field, draw to the corner, and give the appropriate negative
slope, draw to the other end of the field, give a slope of zero, draw to the
middle of that end of the field, give the appropriate positive slope, draw
to the next corner, give the appropriate negateive slope, draw to the other
end of the slope, giving a slope of zero, hit 'CL' to close it.
You now have a closed polyline describing the perimeter of the field, at
correct elevations and grades.
Assuming you have an existing grade surface, now you can make a grading
object out of this polyline, and play with raising/lowering to get your cuts
and fills to balance.
