LDD cannot initialize issue with DwgTrueView2011

I'm running LDDT 2007 on XP I've installed (and subsequently uninstalled) a copy of DWG TrueView2011 and can no longer create new projects or drawings and initilize land.  The error message shown is : *    Autodesk Land Desktop cannot initialize because this drawing contains objects from a newer version.*   I CAN use all land functions in existing projects and drawings.

would TV2011 have altered some existing setup files to cause this?

aside from the uninstall what can i do to resolve the issue?

Upgrade to Civil 3d 2011.
