Land Desktop/Land Desktop Companion 2007 SP2A Now Available

This service pack no longer causes the program to randomly become unresponsive when LDT 2007 SP2 is installed.

The SP2A service pack includes all fixes previously included with Land Desktop Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2. This Service Pack can be installed on the LDT 2007 release version, Service Pack 1 or Service Pack 2.

I could not install SP2A as it asked for Disk 2. Anyone else having this
problem? Any hints on how to get the install to proceed?

Ron,

Did you confirm which service pack you should be applying (Land or Land Companion)? Did you apply any AutoCAD hotfixes prior to installing this service pack? What are you trying to install on top of (release version, Service pack 1 or Service Pack 2)?

It will be interested to hear from those who have installed it. Hopefully it solidifies this release. Please let us know if you have installed it. Ill be doing some testing today myself.

installed LDT companion sp2a, Civil design companion sp2, Survey sp1, Raster Design sp1....in that order. Everything running smoothly so far. The problems I had before are not reoccurring yet. Message was edited by: Steve Stanley

I agree with you there. So does anyone know, will this be the last SP for the 2007 release? At least if all goes well...

I just got off of the phone with an Autodesk Subscription technician. He
told me he has had SP2A installed for a few days w/o any issue. There's some
good news.

This one installed for me. Last time I was plagued with Disk 2 problem.
