Export the job file to .cr5 in the recon. Then
use the DC link in Ldd to transfer from the recon to LDD, then convert to the
.cr5 to .fbk and import the .fbk into your .dwg. Hopefully you have survey
installed.

Good luck

Your TDS Recon will export points (P,N,E,Z,D or any
combination) in a text (ASCII) format that can be imported into
LDD.

thank you very much, it worked. i was able to export coordinated through the tds recon as txt format and then import to ldd. now, and pardon my ignorance, if i would of to add manually some points to the drawing after the export, how do i export the points back to the data collector, tds recon? is it the same way i exported the points but in reverse? thank you in advance!!!

The easiest I have found is to make a temporary
Point Group.  Export them with the same dropdown menu.  Import into
DC.  Remove Point Group.

Yes, you are correct, just do the
reverse.
