Image borders

We have a problem with images in 2009.  We have turned "TFRAMES" off and in the file they comply, but when we print the file the borders of the images appear across the image boundaries.  The same images inserted into LDD 2006 do not produce this same problem.  This occurs on more than one PC in more than one file.  If we migrate any of these back to 2006 they work without a hitch.
