How do I keep adobe pdf menus from loading?

Can't find where these menus are loading from. have acrobat professional 8
along with the CS3 Premium Design. They keep loading even after I unload via
menuload. In Pro 7 I just went and got rid of the autocad older that adobe
created but I can't find it in 8.

I totally feel your pain. They are extremely persistent and will NEVER go away.

The only way that I've found to suppress them from populating your menus automatically is to uninstall Adobe, then reinstall it, but when it prompts you to select the programs from which PDF's can be created within, do NOT select AutoCAD.

You'll still be able to create PDFs from AutoCAD drawings, but just not from within the AutoCAD editor.

Look in the "appload" dialog for an arx that has a name like Adobe, if you
see one look at the path to where it's located. Browse to it and look at the
properties of it and if it's created by Adobe then that's the file you need
to either delete or rename or whatever.
