fbk conversion-import to LDD

I am using LDD 2004. When I convert my TDS .raw file to the .fbk autocad file, I receive errors when importing to autocad. I am unable to generate any linework unless I convert it to a .fbk file. This is not occuring in LDD 2000, according to other sources using the same software. I talked to TDS and they tell me it's an Autodesk conflict, as the new 2004 version doesn't read the .fbk file correctly. Any Help?

Post your Raw file in Customer files and email me
when you have it up. We have a program called Geotools by Spectra Precision
Software that we use to create the fieldbooks. I will try to convert it and
import in into ALD 2004 and let you know how it goes. Don't forget to email me
as I will forget this.
