Express Tools not working

Express Tools are not working. AutoCAD 2005 and Land Desktop 2004 are installed. Express Tools (ET) work great in ACAD05, but in LDT04 they don't appear until I load them (MENULOAD>acetmain.mnc). Once they are loaded, the menus have question marks for the icons. Running an ET command produces the correct command line prompt text, but unfortunately nothing is done (it deceptively doesn't run). EXPRESSMENU does not work, it just returns to a normal command line after hitting enter. We have tried all kinds of uninstall, reinstall, unload, reload from the ACAD05 path, etc. options with no luck. Any ideas? Thanks.

Using the AutoCAD 2005 Express tools in Land Desktop 2004 won't work, because the AutoCAD versions you're using are different. Upgrade to Land Desktop 2005, or load the Express Tools for 2004 in Land Desktop 2004. Cheers, Peter Funl Autodesk, Inc.

We are loading Express Tools for each product from their respective CDs. AutoCAD2005 CD Express tools works in ACAD05. LandDesktop 2004 CD Express Tools does not work in LDT04. Anyone else?

Paths are correct.
