Error message----can anyone tell me what it means?

Upon openeing LSS 2005, I get the following error message just above the COMMAND line....then a series of error messages before the opening process shuts down..

Error Loading Ac StandardServices.......followed by a dialog box that says:

Unhandled Exception E0000001 (e0000001h) at address 7c812AFBh

Fail to create-----CommCntrClientSink......followed by a dialog box that says:

ErrorHandlerReentered-----Exiting now.......then it returns to screen saver on my PC

Atthached is a .dwg file I've been trying to open.... can anyone else open it?

It is in 2005's version
