I have some drawing that the zone is in usa maine, nad 83 state plane maine east zone meter. i'm located in florida and i don't how the got into usa maine, does it hurt to change them back to no datum, no projection? a.) will i mess up these points b.) if i do how do i get them back
I believe that changing the zone to no datum/no projection will NOT
affect anything in your drawing/project. The zone assignment only
affects coordinate transformations during point imports, image imports,
and gis data imports.

And Map queries. The zone can be changed to the correct zone and there
should be no effect on the drawing or points.
