Another annoyance - External reference reload

Hi all,

Another annoyance which has suddenly popped up is that every time we open a
drawing that has an xref in it, we get the message to reload 'such and such'
an xref. We may not have done anything with this project for two months now.
OR I can click okay, leave the drawing and open it up again - it will ask me
to relaod the xref again.

I'm beginning to think that our system here is posessed!

If you're discussing 2K6, then you're definitely NOT alone!

93 results - and counting!

I've just learned to click the button and get on with life.

Better yet, don't bother clicking the button!
Type TRAYSETTINGS at the command line and change the default setting from "Display until close" to "DISPLAY TIME" and then set the value to about 3 seconds.
(I suppose if you wanted, you could turn off the notification all together)
I prefer to leave my notification on in the event one of my XREF's is being worked on by another tech in the office.
I am then reminded if a drawing has changed prior to plotting.
