AecPoints with .Net? Please Help

Has anyone been able to create AeccPoints using VB.net for LDD 2008 or 2009? We are in process of changing all VBA code to Vb.net. But i can not get the LandAuto.tlb file to reference. Please Help

I was never able to get LDT to work with .NET.... But I last tried with the
2008 version I believe. C3D, on the other hand, is pretty well adapted for
use in the .NET languages.

Why are you changing it? Your VBA code will work with your LDT for as long
as you decide to stick with it, since LDT is not being developed in the
AutoCAD versions which have dropped support for VBA.

I wanted to lock the code down, so it does not walk away. Anyone worth a grain of salt can hack the DVB file. I am currently rewriting everthing for C3d 2010. But we still support projects in 2008 LDD.
