I had to uninstall my LDD 2i and re-install, and now I get the following error during program startup and my Projects menu does not install (HELP) :

enconwjc the only thing I could find in a Search of the Knowledge Base using
"AcRxDynamicLinker failed to load" - w/o quotes - was this in the following
tinyurl:
http://tinyurl.com/ysbt52

So since that mentions Mechanical Desktop, I then used "Loading
AecCivilBase...Error code (0x2)" - again w/o quotes - in my next Search of
the Knowledge Base. It didn't find any results, as you'll see in the
following tinyurl:

Do you have any other AutoCAD products on your PC, before we go any further?

And... have you been in touch with a local reseller regarding your situation
as of yet?

I'm sorry I didn't look at your Subject earlier today. 😞

I had a fairly miserable experience with LDT 2Ki back in 2003. After
speaking with the firm's reseller CAD Masters in the SF Bay area for a
couple of days, we determined that I was only likely to reach completion if
I would format the PC's hard drive, and then reload every application from
"scratch" as it were.

That worked, as was hoped by us all. But it did require about 3/4's of a day
to accomplish. 😞

Not what you were hoping to hear, I'm thinking.

I had Acad R14 and Softdesk on but have removed them.

I also had a few addons like MColor, a pdf maker, and extra toolbar stuff - all removed.

I have not been in touch with my local reseller, and come to think of it, I havent talked to them in about 6 years (since install). -> I have a call in to them now and will let you know of any progress.

"format the PC's hard drive" <- unacceptable. There must be another solution.

Just to update everyone (as I know you are all sitting on the edge of your seats) ... I ran a registry cleanup program after I uninstalled Acad and viola -> works like new. so go to your favorite search engine and type in registry cleaner. run (usually free trial) and clean up your registry.
