2 Seperate Problems

1. Block Problem:

Currently have my titleblocks set up as blocks with text attributes. When ever I need to do a refedit however, I find that the block references keep multiplying. I should only have 1 block referenced in my titleblock but every time I do a refedit, that block is doubled after each refedit. 1->2->4->8->16->32->64...etc... Eventually, software gets lagged up too much and locks down. What could be the cause and solution to this problem?

2. Surface Profiles:

I have created a FG surface and a couple of allignments. I am able to sample the surface, however, when I attempt to make the profile, I get errors. Basically, I end up with a profile with only grid lines, no text, no datum. When I try to set current profile, LDT does not recognize a profile created when I select within the profile...
