Freestyle SEEMS to be finding endpoints and midpoints for me, but I'm never sure. Could there be a little "tooltip" or something to let me know when I truly have the midpoint or endpoint (or perpendicular or....)
Good suggestion. Seems like it would also help if we did some fine tuning on the snaps and/or allow users to set some preferences. For example, sometimes I want my object snaps to be "stickier" than snap to grid or vice versa.
