How do I re-center drawing after using mouse wheel to resize it?

An easier way to use the Pan tool is to use the middle mouse button (assuming your mouse has one). Click and hold the middle mouse button while moving the mouse. The paper should move under the cursor.

I don't suppose double-clicking the mouse wheel/middle button will zoom to fill the screen (as per autocad zoom_extents)? If not this would be pretty neat.
