FreeStyle worked but not after I down loaded an update from AutoCAD

I purchase this product on 6/15/10 and I was able to open the program using the short cut.

I downloaded an update from AutoCAD sometime late October 2010 and since then the product won't run.

What can I do beside deleting the file and forgetting about it?

When I click my shortcut a window pops up with:

File: 2612afcf.rbf.... To open this file, Windows needs to know what program created it?? etc.

I cannot download the program again since the 30 days has expired,

Any suggestions?    Thanks,  Jack

hi -

This should not have happened and I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.

The best thing to do would be to un-install the version of AutoCAD Freestyle that you have installed and re-download the trial version of the application located at (The trial version is the exact same software as the commercial version).  You may, or may not then be prompted to enter your serial number when you install.

Please let us know if this works for you.
