Match reference text size to viewport text size

Hii, I have a locked reference file from client. when I attach it to my drawing, the text from reference file looks too big. How can I match  the reference text to my viewport text size?

I cannot attach files or screenshots due to confidentiality issues

Is the reference file using Annotative Text styles?
Are you using Annotative Text styles?

You might want to ask the client about it if you cannot find out from their reference file.

Yes, the reference annotation scale is 1:30 and my viewport scale is 3/16"=1'-0".
