Installing Autocad 2017 Student Version

Hi,

I've an Autocad 2017 student licence and i'a trying to find the right link to download and install the software.

I have dowlonded thoose two files :

 1 - AutoCAD_2017_English_Win_64bit_dlm_001_002.sfx.exe

 2 - AutoCAD_2017_English_Win_64bit_dlm_002_002.sfx.exe

But when i tried to extract them, nothing happened event using Autodesk manager and 7Zip.

Can some one help me please.

Hi @Anonymous, 

Try downloading from the Virtual Agent. (look to this additional article to help you understand what the Virtual Agent is).

When prompted for your serial number and product key enter the credentials you received. 

What are your system specs? 

Post back should you have any other issues?

You don't extract them using 7-Zip, you run the 001 EXE file.

and what becomes of the 002.exe file???   do you run that or does the 001.exe file incorporate it???

You only need to run the first file.

Yes.

001 auto-extracts the install files from both 001 and 002.

You can make a back-up of 001 and 002 and then delete them and the extracted install files after installation.

(Of course do not fool with the actual Program Files.

Hi, my problem is about instalation process, its downloading 300 mb and just stop. Have anybody of you has problem like this? how to fix it? i have just change my computer, on the last i didnt have this problem, so please help me..
