deselect

i am not able to deselct the object holding the shift key. its not working what i need to do??

Do you use vanilla Autocad or do you use one of the vertical products (Autocad Architecture, Mechanical, Civil 3D)? Do you have any plug-ins installed (such as Raster Design), and if so- is it still an issue without the plug-in enabled?

check your selection mode after typing OPTIONS command line.see attachmentCapture.JPG

as per the attached image by you everything in the selection modes correctly marked. i have  an Autocad design suite its include (autocad, raster design, mud box, sketch book). yesterday it was working fine from today morning its not happening. i am using 2015 last 2 month it is not at all good.
